  • Born in a one room log cabin
  • He had 1 sister and 1 brother who died
  • Moved to Indiana in 1816
  • Always hardworking, well respected, strong, and liked to read
  • His mother died when he was 9

I chose Abraham Lincoln, because he ended slavery and is one of the best presidents we have ever had.
