Shirts must not be see through, must be buttoned appropriately, can not expose back/midriff, shoulder area must be 3 finger width, torso/chest may not be exposed

Jeans with holes may not expose skin higher than mid-thigh or expose groin or seat area
Form fitting pants must not be primary outer garment
