Leadership is an action that leads people in a group or a organization to achieve there personal goals. Leaders show this by leaving good examples for them to lead. They set a path for us to be good people and they want us to do something good when we start to grow up.

Leaders are important because they set the foundation for the people that follow him. Leaders are examples for the people that follow him and you want to be a good example to point them the right way. If we didn’t have leaders the world would be lost and we wouldn’t have any order in the world.

Ralph fits the role of a leader because he was the strongest boy and he knew how to lead the boys. He was the leader because the boys believed that he would know how to lead them to survive on the island because he was the strongest and one of the smartest boys on the island. They were right because he implemented rules on the island that lasted until Jack broke apart from there faction and he destroyed the conch but he was the only one that made it off the island.

They help us form the earth to be a good place to live and leaves us good examples to do something good one day.
