the purpose of LT classes this year (to regularly check out & read books from our school library for research & enjoyment; to become knowledgeable and skilled in the use of various apps & programs, platforms, & technology for a variety of purposes ie. to demonstrate digital citizenship, to support classroom learning & projects, to use Edmodo, Twitter & Kidblog to connect with other teachers, students, and peers inside & outside of Parkview, to answer & ask questions of interest & study, to be comfortable & knowledgeable using technology to replace paper & pencil activities whenever possible, to use Skype in the Classroom to experience places and people we could never have otherwise)
