Born: April 23, 1564
Death: April 23, 1616
Shakespeare was 52 when he died, he lived and died in the same place, Stratford-upon-Avon, UK

Where He Worked
Shakespeare worked by writing plays and sonnets for people to read, watch, or preforme. He also took part in many of his own plays performances, along with many other people's. In 1592 he earned a living as an actor and play write in London

Accomplishments
By 1599 Shakespeare and his business partners had finished building a theatre for themselves on the south bank of the Thames River, they named it the Globe Theatre.

The Globe Theatre
Shakespeare owned a stake holding of the theatre and often took part in the productions, his own work as well as other people's. He often acted onstage as well as writing more plays for the Globe Theatre to use.

Beliefs
Shakespeare was baptized on April 26, 1564 at the Holy Trinity Church. He was not a public catholic, but his parents were believed to be covert Catholics. Many people think that Shakespeare is a Protestant.
