• Good wind sites are often far from cities
• Wind recource development may not be the best use of land
• Turbine blades might damage wildlife

• Transportation can be made easy through pipes
• Power stations can be built anywhere

• The burning chemicals can result in acid rain
• They use non renewable recources
• They need huge amounts of each rocource
