- Convection cells in earths atmosphere: cause high and low pressure belts
- Coriolis effect: if the world didn't move wind would flight straight but because it does the wind curve that is the corilis effect

- Two factors that produce global winds: pressure belts and coriolis effect
- Three major global wind systems: easterlies, westerlies and trade winds
- Jet streams: are bands of high speed winds in the upper troposphere

- Land breeze is breeze from land that goes to sea
- Valley breeze is when the breeze goes to mountain
- Mountain breeze is when it goes into the valley.
