WHAT IS A WMD

• Weapons of mass destruction
• WMDs count as biological chemical and nuclear weapons

WHY NOT?

• WMDs are very dangerous
• If a nuclear weapon went off in space
• The blast will not stop and destroy a lot of space
• It gives an extreme advantage in war
• This is a missile

SCIENCE FICTION

• In Austin powers they had a laser on the moon not a WMD though
• In cod ghosts they had a kinetic stoke weapon in orbit not a WMD
• In the new Wolfenstein game they had nuclear weapons launched from the moon WMD
• The picture is from call of duty ghosts. It's an orbital strike weapon

I CHOSE THIS BECAUSE IT WAS INTERESTING

WHEN

• It was put into action in 1967
• The treaty also prohibited military activity on celestial bodies

• It protects citizens from space bound WMDs
• And objects falling from space from the weapon
• It hurts the us by not having a bigger advantage in war
• If it were legal it would make more jobs
• I agree with this law because it makes me feel safer
