• U.S women suffragist demostrating for the right to vote, February 1913 .
• Men had the right to vote before women , and limited suffrage was granted after then .

• We want to recruit new women that have a strong passion about politics
• We need women who are not afraid to face the consequences that may come upon us
• We need women who are willing to do above and beyond
• We need woman that are independent
