Jack
Jack thinks August is nice and wants to befriend him. He is nice to August and does a lot for him by becoming his friend.

Julian
Julian is the main antagonist of this book. He bullies August because of his face and is mean to him. He does not think August should be at a regular school.

Summer
Summer is a good friend to August and helps him fit in at a new school. Summer likes hanging out with August, but her other friends pressure her to stop.

Review
I think this is a very good book because it has lots of surprises and amazing descriptions that made me feel like I was inside the book. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes surprises and unique story lines. Overall, this is an amazing book.
