• Faith- belief in one god and the prophet Muhammad
• Charity-give to those in need
• Pilgrimage- travel to Mecca at least once in a life time if possible
• Prayer- pray five times a day facing the holy city of Mecca
• Fasting- self purification through self-denial

EIGHTFOLD PATH AND MIDDLE WAY

• Eightfold path- right views, aspirations, speech, conduct, livelihood, endeavor, mindfulness, and meditaion
• Middle way- a life between earthly desire sand extreme forms of self-denial

HINDU'S KEY TO HAPPINESS

• They key to happiness for Hindu's is true enlightenment from freedom of earthly desires

HINDU'S AFTERLIFE

• Belief in reincarnation
• The soul never dies and is always reborn
• Always comes back as a human
