  • Wyoming was the first state to give women the right to vote
  • Yellowstone was the first national park in Wyoming
  • Devils Tower was the first national monument in Wyoming
  • The first Wyoming coal mine was in Carbon in 1867
  • Wyoming has the largest coal mine in Wright

Wyoming was the first state that allowed women's rights to vote and other things. It allowed women to do more than they already could and it also allowed them to vote for a President.

Wyoming had the most coal mine production in the country and it still does today! Wyoming, underground, had so much coal, so the people of Wyoming decided that they could use the coal for money and riches. Wyoming received all the riches they wanted by selling the coal to other states, and then other countries!
