HISTORY 历史

• Xi'an was founded in 202 B.C. by Liu Bang (高祖) of the Han Dynasty
• It was originally known as Chang'an
• The Terra-cotta warriors were made by Qin Shi Huang (秦始皇), the first Emporer of China
• At the end of the Tang Dynasty, the city was devastated, and it decreased size and population
• The Xi'an Incident began the united resistance of the invading Japanese
