Widen collarbones, draw shoulderblades together

DOWN DOG WITH STRAP2, BLOCKS

Draw thighs back, lift kneecaps, download brain

WARRIOR 2

Knee can be more than 90 degrees

TED WARRIOR

Align knee over 2nd toe

TRIANGLE

Imagine kicking your own butt with front leg

TREE POSE

Work 3 stages. Strong standing leg. Root to rise

UTTANASANA

Can bend knees initially. Draw thighs back , lift knee caps up, relax neck

COBRA

Squeeze block between thighs, draw shoulder blades together.

HAND ALIGNMENT

Index finger knuckle down, lengthen outer forearms

FEET ALIGNED

2nd toe makes number 11
