Symbolism

  • "You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains"
  • The use of "stand on mountains" gives us the feeling of achieving a great goal

Personification

  • "There is no life, no life without its hunger"
  • This describes love as something you cannot live without. Although love can't hunger for something, the use of the word "hunger" gives a strong representation of how powerful our constant need to be loved is.

I enjoy listening to this song because of how calming it is. When I become stressed, I use music to soothe myself. The message of this song is inspiring and full of comforting words.
