  • Wild zebra eat desiccated plants which many grazers think are useless because they have a highly-specialized metabolism and digestive system

  • Wood land, semi desert, open plains, inhabit savannas, and treeless grassland.
  • These environment provides them enough food.

  • The binomial nomenclature of a zebra is a Equus which is the genus name. For example a Grevy’s zebra is Equus grevyi
