How did he live

• when Zeus was born all his brothers and sisters were eaten by their father Cronus but his mother hid him and gave his father a rock instead of Zeus

How did he become king

• Zeus overthrew his father (Cronus) because his mother (Rhea) told him to
• And she told him he ate his brothers and sisters

His Wife

• Zeus was married to Hera
• but he often tested her patience by cheating/ sleep with other women

• His most common weapon was the thunder bolt
