Double step touch
Hamstring curls

V-step
Roll fists
Walk back, slap, clap
Salsa

DOUBLE STEP TOUCH 2X
Step to the right with right foot. Step together with the left foot.
Repeat.
Step to the left with left foot. Step together with the right foot.
Repeat.

HAMSTRING CURLS 2X
Step to the right.
Arms should be bent with elbows up.
Bend knees and do 4 hamstring curls.
Move arms up and down with legs.

STOMP
Stomp right foot forward.
Make a big circle overhead. Step feet together.
V-step 1x
Stomp and point to the sky.
V-step 1x
6.
V-STEP
Step forward with right foot.
Step forward with left.
Step right foot back.
Step left foot back together.
Repeat.

ROLL FISTS
Stomp right and roll fists in the air to the right.
Stomp left and roll fists in the air to the left.

WALK BACK, SLAP, CLAP
Step back right foot, slap knees.

Bounce with music.

Stand with both feet together.
Step to the right. Bend your knees.
Return to the middle.
Step to the left. Bend your knees.
Return to the middle.
Try it a little faster. Slightly rock to the side as you move. Loosen up and let your shoulders move with your feet.
