LET'S LEARN THE STEPS IN ZUMBA

7 DANCE STEPS

  • Double step touch
  • Hamstring curls
  • Stomp
  • V-step
  • Roll fists
  • Walk back, slap, clap
  • Salsa

DOUBLE STEP TOUCH 2X

  • Step to the right with right foot. Step together with the left foot.
  • Repeat.
  • Step to the left with left foot. Step together with the right foot.
  • Repeat.
  • 0:00 - 0:22

HAMSTRING CURLS 2X

  • Step to the right.
  • Arms should be bent with elbows up.
  • Bend knees and do 4 hamstring curls.
  • Move arms up and down with legs.
  • 0:00 - 0:22

STOMP

  • Stomp right foot forward.
  • Make a big circle overhead. Step feet together.
  • V-step 1x
  • Stomp and point to the sky.
  • V-step 1x

V-STEP

  • Step forward with right foot.
  • Step forward with left.
  • Step right foot back.
  • Step left foot back together.
  • Repeat.
  • 0:23 - 0:34

ROLL FISTS

  • Stomp right and roll fists in the air to the right.
  • Stomp left and roll fists in the air to the left.
  • 0:45 - 0:53

WALK BACK, SLAP, CLAP

  • Step back right foot, slap knees.
  • Step back left foot, clap hands.
  • Repeat 4x
  • Bounce with music.
  • 0:45 - 0:53

SALSA

  • Stand with both feet together.
  • Step to the right. Bend your knees.
  • Return to the middle.
  • Step to the left. Bend your knees.
  • Return to the middle.
  • Try it a little faster. Slightly rock to the side as you move. Loosen up and let your shoulders move with your feet.
