• South Korea wanted a republic government
• The war began because of these different point of views

WHO? AND THE RESULTS

• This was was between South and North Korea
• Many people died on both sides
• Both sides agreed to have a line separating the lands
• This was called the Military Demarcation Line
• No military power or soldiers were allowed in this area
