The continuing trend for Detached Homes in Calgary is that Homes under $500,000 are very stable - prices aren't moving in either direction and inventory is fairly balanced.
Homes over $500,000, especially in the West and City Centre, are continuing to struggle. Both districts are down more than 3% from last year.
