Washington recently became the seventh state to pass legislation protecting social media logins from employers. This presentation describes the legislation. It was created to accompany a blog post on my website, rachpax.com.

BUT MANY STATES HAVE ADOPTED LEGISLATION TO PREVENT THIS PRACTICE.
