In Kasia Rachfall's article "Confidently Rise Up to any Challenge," she says that "Reality is all in your head and with the right tools and action on your part, you can pretty much do anything you want" This relates to the essential question because we can use the shame and embarrassment as our "tool" and use it to motivate us to become bigger and better.
