HOW THIS WORKS

Carbon dioxide in your soda comes out as a solution into a gas phase
The CO2 gas bubbles build up into your stomach and then you burp
That's why when you eat, you burp afterwards because your swallowing air
But there are many kinds of different gasses inside burps
But the matter of fact that the majority of the gasses in burps are CO2
