Awareness

The stage at which the customer becomes aware of the product. can be executed by brand awareness campaigns or through a more targeted approach like paid search.

Interest

This second stage is where the customer becomes curious about the product and may want to seek more information before purchase

Desire

The customer will then have the desire to have the product and start thinking about how they would use the product.

Action

The customer then takes action, which may be selecting their choice of the product variation (size,colour etc.) and placing in their basket or wish list

Purchase/Conversion

At this stage the customer would complete the purchase, sometimes however the customer may not complete conversion but rather request more information about a product
