Prior to becoming a real estate consultant, I was a real estate appraiser in the Boise Metro area or Idaho where I was able to serve over 1,200 clients to determine the value of their homes.I have owned investment properties and have worked with many investors over time.I serve the communities of Boise, Meridian, and Eagle, Idaho. I have Realtor partners that serve other geographical locations, so if you find a house to buy or sell in an area not mentioned above, contact me and I'll have one of those partners call you to help you.I have been married for over 40 years and my wife and I have two adult children. One lives in San Diego and the other one is here in Boise, for now. We now have three granddaughters and a grandson. I also had nine years of experience as a lender in California, before moving to Idaho in 1991. I am a Christian and attend Life Church in Meridian, Idaho
